What The Hell Is It ?
We believe that you’ll change your whole perception of Death as soon as you start playing deathleague. Death is no longer to be avoided or talked of in hushed tones. From now on Death will be an occasion for celebration. From this day, each time you hear rumours of illness, a whiff of cancer or the news announces that Death has visited among us, your ears will prick up as never before because Death means points and points means glory.
Do not fear Death. Treat it with disdain, laugh in its face and make it your servant for when all is said and done, Life is a lottery but Death is a certainty.

How Do I Play ?
1 Register your team name and details.
2 Pick your 40 team members from our list of approved celebrities. If you want to add your own celebrities you can submit unlisted people for approval. This may take up to 7 days so don't leave it too late, and your suggestions may be rejected. To be approved, celebrities must be well known in the UK (but not necessarily British) and must be over 18 at the start of the game.
3 Check the TV, press and web media for the death of one of your team. If one of you team has sadly(!) deceased, check to see whether the death has been notified on the deaths page. If it has, you need do nothing else - you will automatically be emailed with the details and points scored. If the death has not been notified, use the notification page to register the death. This will be validated within 7 days.
4 Just to make things more interesting, if a celebrity dies who had not been chosen, we will randomly pick a team to benefit.
5 At the end of each game, the results will be posted on the home page and emailed to all winners. Winners will also receive their prize by post within 14 days.
6 Points are rolled over from the previous two months at the start of each game. You can also start afresh with a new team by re-registering on the registration page, but this will also clear your Super League score.
7 To qualify for the Super League your team must be continuously registered. Super League scores are carried forward from one game to the next. The Super League carries no prizes but much kudos !
8 Don't forget to check out the rules and read our terms and conditions.
